Delay Ignores FDA’s Directive As She Advertises For Guinness Ghana
Top Ghanaian entrepreneur and media personality, Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay has seen advertising alcoholic beverage despite Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) ban preventing celebrities from advertising for alcoholic beverages.
The FDA in 2015 banned Ghanaian celebrities from advertising alcoholic beverages. According to the regulator, the ban was in adherence to a World Health Organisation policy.
It also said the decision was part of efforts to protect children and prevent them from being lured into alcoholism.
Despite the ban placed on celebrities by FDA, the media personality today in an Instagram post is seen advertising alcoholic beverage.
Delay shared a photo of herself standing in front of some alcoholic beverages, she captioned the photo with;
