Arraigning, Chief Inspector Emmanuel Haligah said Ebenezer Donkor, the complainant, is a laborer at a washing cove at Spintex and lives at Nungua Ravico.

Arraignment said the casualty consistently visited a drinking bar at Nungua Ravico and on September 27, this year, at around 0100 hours the casualty was at the bar and become inebriated.

Arraignment said Amgba was additionally at the drinking bar that night and trying to grab the casualty’s telephone, he assaulted him.

The charged gathered the casualty’s bolsters and hit him on the head and right jaw and as he yelled for help, an indomie vender, close by, hurried to the scene and saw “old Soldier’ lying in a pool of blood, the arraignment said.
